To implement the culture of socio-environmental responsibilities in the business management has being a challenge that the companies of the whole world are trying to overcome. It has not being different for Cebrace, that on the last years has adopted and saw to transform into reality a philosophy that is today easily identifiable on its daily activities.
And more than to be recognized as a citizen company, what takes the company to face and win challenges is the fact it searches, with its actions, to recognize the value of each human being while acting as citizen inside and outside the industry. With this, Cebrace has the certainty that it is working for everyone that is direct or indirectly connected to the company recognizes the importance of being solidarity and knows about its social commitment with the preservation of the environment, of the cultural heritage, of the promotion of the human rights and the relations with employees, suppliers, consumers and with the community.

Community Actions
The Cebrace commitment with sustainability go beyond its business and extends to the communities where it is inserted, investing in actions that benefit the poor communities and the philanthropic entities close to the units of Jacareí and Caçapava, countryside of São Paulo, and in Barra Velha, in the state of Santa Catarina. Within these actions, we can highlight the cultural projects, actions to support the community and projects that encourage sports.

Environmental Actions
Cebrace has actions that go beyond the development of high quality products. Our production process respects the environment through the constant improvement of the related practices that go from the optimization of raw material extraction to the adequate final destination of waste.
Our production process adopts natural gas furnaces and electrostatic precipitators that potentially reduce the volume of pollutants emission.
